Grape Variety Kangun
Origin Aragatsotn, Republic of Armenia.
Producer’s comment Light straw yellow color. Rich nose with a ﬁre of artiﬁce fruits (mango, melon, tangerine, of passion, with white ﬂesh like pear, blackcurrant buds) embellished with beautiful ﬂoral and wooded notes. A structure in mouth round and ample, with a suﬃcient freshness and an astonishing aromatic length full of creamy and fruity pastries.

Climate Severe continental climate. Vineyards are situated at an altitude of 1.000 meters above sea level.
Vinication Hand harvested in small boxes. Last strict sorting on a selection table at the grapes reception. Soft pneumatic pressing with inert gas. 12 hours cold settling. Three weeks alcoholic fermentation with temperature between 14 to 16C in stainless steel tanks. Ageing: 6 months in Armenian oak barrels.
Serving suggestions Hot appetizers with hot cheese, fresh seafood salads, tender ﬂesh ﬁshes, white poultry with sauce, apple or apricot pies, exotic fruit sorbets
