Producer’s comment The contrast of the intense climatic and soil conditions with the elegance of this wine is mystifying. Complex yet delicate, slightly peppery to the nose this wine boasts with rich aromas of red berries and is pleasantly tart to the finish.

Climate Continental highlands climate with hot summers and cold dry winters.
Vinication Hand harvested grapes are selected on the table before cold maceration. Fermentation is carried out at 26-28ºC for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation is done in tanks. Aged in Caucasia barrels about 10-12 months.
Serving suggestions It pairs good with red meats and pastas. Also good with chocolate and spice desserts.
Ideal serving 16 to 18 °C.
